With a diverse background working alongside renowned associations such as AGA, GRI, EPRI, EEI, as well as major industrial players like Boise Cascade and commercial giants such as Albertsons, Britt possesses a deep understanding of the energy sector from every angle.

Her remarkable journey also includes collaborations with prominent utilities like Idaho Power, LA Department of Water & Power, PacifiCorp, Columbia Gas, and NorthWestern Energy, where she effectively engaged with regulators, earning her a reputation as a seasoned facilitator of solutions. Britt's dedication to resolving disputes is underscored by her certificates in Mediation from Harvard and Multi-Party Negotiation of Environmental Disputes from the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution.

Britt's influence extends far beyond Ide Energy & Strategy. She serves on the Boards of Directors and as the Nominating and Governance Chair of NorthWestern Energy (Nasdaq: NWE), showcasing her strategic acumen and business foresight.
